It is such an honor when a professional photographer selects you to capture their once in a life time moments. For Brandy, this moment was photographing her lovely daughter McCall's senior portraits on Pensacola Beach during their recent vacation. The weather was divine and the subject matter perfection. Mom, being a photographer, had taught her daughter how to pose over a life time! I will admit, this shoot was a piece of cake and entirely too much fun! We laughed, explored, talked about the history of Pensacola and the future goals of this sweet young lady. I adore senior portraits! The energy these young people can harness is absolutely amazing as well as contagious! I couldn't help but be reminded of my 18 year old self (it's been a while)! Three weeks and counting for this mother to be. Brooke and Conley are the sweetest couple ever. The photoshoot was a last minute decision for Brooke and she is so glad she decided to make time to head out to the beach! The day began dark, cloudy, misty and COLD, but by the time sunset arrived - the stars aligned just right. Perfection! We had such fun making these memories that truthfully only have a once in a lifetime chance of being captured by the camera. It won't be long now before baby will be front and center in the picture! Location - gorgeous barn on 200 acre pastoral farm in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Subject - the talented artist Reese Foret. Result - an absolutely beautiful photo session for her new web-site! I love this woman! I have known her for most of my life. We had our babies at the same time (not planned by the way)! If you could hear her laugh - utterly contagious. I have known this sweet family for more than a decade and was thrilled when asked to photograph them. What a beautiful evening too... not too hot, not too cold - just right. I just love watching the family interaction and the looks exchanged between husband and wife, and especially between siblings! And that hair! I just love red heads!!! Thank you dad for the genetics! What a fun night spent with these four awesome people.
